He is consistently the #1 player for Slovakia, and has competed for his country in Davis Cup 15 times, with a 17-8 singles record and 21-17 overall. Dominik (to date) has won six career singles titles (1998--San Marino; 1999--Prague; 2001--Auckland; 2004--Adelaide, Auckland, Marseille) and two doubles titles (2001--Tashkent; 2000--Rome).
When not playing tennis, Dominik enjoys mountain biking, deep sea fishing, hockey and he still enjoys skiing.
